Our Founder and CEO

P.K. Paris founded CaribTherapy to support those of Caribbean roots who are battling mental health issues and other life stressors. As a native of Jamaica, she knows the stigma that these individuals face if they admit their struggle or seek
treatment. She believes that the Caribbean population can join together and become stronger, both mentally and as a community, through the services we provide at CaribTherapy. When you contact CaribTherapy, you gain access to mental health treatment providers and other Caribbean helping professionals, like our founder, who understand the challenges you face.

P.K. Paris is an established leader within the mental health care field, having dedicated the past decade of her career to advocating for her clients, as well as providing culturally competent services. As a native Jamaican, she continues to honor her heritage through her work. While operating her own private practice, she has long held a vision to radically change the stigma regarding mental health treatment, particularly within the Caribbean community. She has proudly created CaribTherapy with the intent to support this population living across the United States, in the work force, through her EAP program. CaribTherapy’s unique network of providers will assist individuals to connect with numerous professionals with Caribbean roots to help them to optimize their personal and professional lives.
